For buprenorphine/naloxone (Suboxone) to show up on a urine drug screen, someone would have to specifically order “buprenorphine” in addition to the standard drug test. If you are concerned about your employer checking for Buprenorphine/naloxone (Suboxone) and using the test results in negative ways against you, our MD can provide an official letter explaining you have a prescription for Buprenorphine/naloxone (Suboxone), without breaking patient confidentiality.
