Medication Shortage Update
We are writing to inform you that there is a national shortage of multiple different kinds of medications. This includes:
This shortage is not due to any problems at our clinic. It is a nationwide problem that is affecting many big chain pharmacies, including CVS, Walgreens, Kroger, Publix, Costco, and Walmart. They are working with suppliers to try to get more medication in stock, but there is no guarantee when this will happen.
If your pharmacy does not have your medication, we may be able to send it to a different pharmacy. Please call our office during regular business hours (10:00am to 5:00pm, weekdays) to see if we can help.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through this shortage.
Medication Refills and Pharmacy-Related Issues
Medication refills and pharmacy-related issues can only be dealt with during regular business hours (10:00am to 5:00pm, weekdays). We are unable to call in or send any medications during off-business hours on weekdays or weekends.
If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact our office.
Thank you for your cooperation.
Sincerely,
The Fast MD Clinic Team
