Insurance We does not accept any forms of insurance and we are considered an “out-of-network” provider for all insurance companies. We can provide you with a bill at the end of your appointment that you can submit to your insurance company, if you wish to be reimbursed. You are responsible for filing your own insurance. It is highly recommended that you contact your insurance company to inquire about out-of-network benefits.Many insurance companies will reimburse a portion of the visit. Payment for services is expected in full and at the time of your appointment. Cash and Credit cards are all accepted. |
